Tony has been a Minnesota resident all his life and has had a camera in his hands for the past 40 years.   He has transitioned from film cameras to digital photography, practicing his art and always applying new techniques while keeping up with the ever-changing technology advances that support his "habit!"  He shares his experience and photography skills through community education and workshops. 

Taking photos has been one of Tony's favorite past-times since his early teens and he has developed a talent for subject selection and presentation of images.  He strives to "capture the moment" when taking photos, looking for the best angle and experimenting with light and composition.   His overall goal is to make others want to "be where he was" when he took the picture. 

There is an "earthy" quality to Tony's nature photography, and he has a way of capturing a feeling that he can pass on by sharing his photos with others.   And when it comes to sports/action shots, he captures the spirit of the competition or moment!
